I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #75 Playing at the Park

Playing at the park not only makes me smile, but my kids as well!  Today we enjoyed a little picnic in this glorious weather, and visited the park.  


It's great to be able to just let the kids run, and be free!  There are so many parks around, make sure and take advantage!   Being outside and getting the fresh air, is so important.  I'm just happy that the weather will continue to get warmer (with a few surprise Utah snow storms in between)  But spring is coming!  I love spring and summer!  


So go outside today, and enjoy the great weather and play at the park!  Don't forget to let your kids see you SMILE!

    I love your happiness project! It's been so fun to read your posts, Janine. Park days are amazing, aren't they? My kids have been outside ALL DAY today just playing in the backyard. It's such a beautiful day...Why not enjoy it? :)
