I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #251 Weeding The Garden

I almost forgot to tell you all about my smile for the day!  It's been a good day, with lot's of fun, but today I found myself smiling when it was just me and my little girl,.....the boys were at school, and I decided to let her play outside, while I weed the flower beds that needed some much TLC.  In an hour's time, I got some much done!  Everywhere I turned there were more weeds that needed to be pulled.  By the time I was done, I had a garbage can half full of weeds, and I was very tired, but found that I could smile about it, because now my flowers were the main focus and not all the obnoxious weeds!  It was even a bit therapeutic to do a bit of weeding! 
This funny made me smile too!  It's true though, why are some weeds pretty?
