I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #129 Baby Horses

Today, I was driving to my parents house, and on the way to their house, is a Horse Veterinary Hospital,  And in the field I saw THIS:

We had to stop, and get out to see! The kids loved it!  As I watched the baby horse the legs were so shaky, so I asked the Vet how old the colt was, and it was only born sometime last night!  Such a sweet thing to witness, it made all of us SMILE!.  It was so fun to explain to my kids, that this baby horse can stand up, right after it's born, and how cool that is compared to when humans are born, they can't!  I also told them how neat that they can run after only a few days!  He thought that was amazing!
