I LOVE to exercise. It truly makes me smile! If I do not get in my daily 60 min. of a good workout, i'm not so happy. And we all want to be happy right? I have found that my body craves it, like it craves sugar :)! Some of my fav's are body combat, body pump, an occasionally cycling class, and just good old treadmill! Zumba is fun too, but i'm not that talented! I used to do alot of running, but I have inherited from my lovely mother, her beautiful knees, and all that come with it, even the pre-arthritis, and deterioration of the cartage! So I can't do that much more. But I truly do smile, that I still have 2 working feet and legs, to keep me up and walking around, and enjoying so many more things that we have here on this great world!
