Let's just say playing mud volley ball in a pit of more than 2 feet of mud with a bunch of teenagers, doesn't last long! Nope! 5 minutes is all! The rest was a mud fight to see who could get who the most muddy! Fortunately I did not win that contest, but I could argue that I was pretty close!
This was the activity we did with the youth tonight, and I have to be honest, I was not looking forward to it! But it turned out to be fun, and once I got tackled and all muddy, it was all fun and games after that! I saw so many muddy smiles tonight, and I will admit, I was smiling too! What could be better than a free mud facial and mud soak all together right?
I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!
