I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #240 1st Day of School

My boy's had their 1st day of school today!  They are going to a new school this year, and so far......they LOVED it!  My youngest, has nothing to compare to because it's his first year as he entered kindergarten!  But my oldest just thought it was great, and everyone was so nice to him!  One of his most favorite parts was that he got to have recess AFTER lunch instead of before which is what his previous school did.  I thought that was pretty funny!

 I smile about the 1st day of school for many reasons!  One, because my boys are growing up to be such smart, and handsome young men, and I only hope that I can continue them in this path! Two, My younger son, was so happy to go to kindergarten!  He was so happy to meet new friends, and he LOVED recess! Three, I remember my many 1st day's of school.  My earliest recollection was in kindergarten.  I remember loving my teacher.....she was the best.  I remember sitting next to a friend and her name was SKY.  I always remember that being so cool!
