I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #234 Dora

Oh my goodness!  I got the laugh and smile of a lifetime today!  I was out running some errands with the kids this morning, and at some point, I handed out fruit snacks to the kids.  I gave the boys fruit by the foot, because they love them, but I gave my little 2 yr. old girl some Dora Fruit snacks. She's totally into Dora right now, so no matter what's inside, I knew she would smile because it was Dora.  Well, I'm handing out the fruit snacks, my daughter doesn't even notice what was on the picture, until about halfway through eating them, she get's super excited and in her own little gibberish language, shout's with a smile on her face "momma.......it's da Dora!"  ....followed by lot's of giggling and saying Dora's name over and over again!  I was laughing so hard!  It makes me smile to know that my she recognizes something enough to know that she loves it!  Anything that has Dora on it, she smiles, and gets so happy!  We were out buying shoes for the new school year a few days ago, and she found some Dora Tennis shoes!  She through a fit when I took them off her feet, and didn't buy them!
