Mother's Day makes me smile!
It was wonderful to sleep in the this morning, and have breakfast brought to me in bed by my husband and kids!
It was a wonderful day at church, and now wonderful to smell the fumes of dinner cooking, but I'm not cooking it! I'm grateful that my family, especially my husband loves me enough to show me on mother's day how much they truly love me!
It was also fun to watch the Tabernacle Choir, Music and the Spoken Word this morning. I had the opportunity to be in one of the overlay video's for this special mother's day broadcast! I was reading stories to my kids! It was a fun chance to do that, and to actually get to watch it!
I smile to think of all the wonderful mother's I have in my life, but I have to say, that my mom is the BEST! She has worked selflessly her whole life, to teach, and rear her children in the gospel. I'm grateful for her, and her beautiful example that she is to me! Love you mom!
Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful women out there. As stated in the Daughters of My Kingdom book, we do not have to bear children to be mothers, we are all mothers in the kingdom of God. (not quoted word for word)
SMILE, you are a daughter of God!
