I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #72 Temple Square

Temple Square has always made me SMILE, but today was a good reminder of why!  It has been a while since I have visited Temple Square, downtown SLC, and it made me smile!  I had the chance to go with my mom, sisters, our kids, as well as my brother who just returned home from his mission.

We went and visited the Resource building first.  My mom has the special privilege to serve in the Relief Society portion, and be a guide to the visiters coming in. So she wanted to show us what it was all about!  What an awesome place.  They share that building with the Young Women, and the primary.  It has some really cool resources, and wonderful pictures.

Next we went to visit the Church History Museum, to visit the new children's exhibit!  It was so neat.  It was like a mini size of the children's museum at the gateway! But had a bit more gospel oriented stations, instead! It was all kid friendly, and the kids had a blast!  I would really recommend everyone to go and visit it!  It was a really fun, free activity!  You can go here for more information!
