I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #46 Little Acts of Service


I was smiling so big this morning!  As my boys were getting ready for the morning and doing their chores, my oldest comes to me, and says "MOM!  I don't have to make my bed this morning"  I asked him why, and he proceeded to tell me that his brother had made his bed for him!  I was shocked!  Didn't think he would do something like that!  But the coolest thing is, my older son then came to me, and said, "MOM, I want to do a chore for him now!"  


He wanted to pay it forward, and I thought how awesome is this!  Two little boys, doing little acts of service for each other, and truly enjoying it!  It put a big smile on my face!
