I am grateful for a new year, with a fresh start! The year 2011 brought a lot of experiences in my life that has made me change the way I look at life, and I have truly grown from my challenges and spiritual experiences that I have had. I'm grateful for all of my trials and happy moments! I want to be able to think of ways to be happy EVERY SINGLE DAY! Life is too short to spend it being sad or down. I'm no blogger, so I hope that my desire to do this everyday will continue. I know that if we stay positive, and look up in life, anything negative will become a positive experience! With that said..........Let's Smile!

SMILE #363 Pillow Pets

A few years ago I think it was when pillow pets became the coolest thing on the planet for kids to have!  Well, I didn't follow that fad, because I was unwilling to spend $20 on a silly pillow!  My kids begged and begged, each time they saw them at any store, or on any commercial!  Yet I refused!  Well, this year for Christmas, my mother in-law had found some fun U of U pillow pets on sale, so she grabbed onw for each of my kids, to give them as a Christmas gift!  They were so excited to have their very own pillow pet!  They now sleep with them every night!  So funny!  But it made them smile, so that's what matters!
